Understanding child development to maximise their potential
September 2, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - September 4, 2016 @ 6:00 pm
The 2nd Intake of Waldorf Education Training for parents and teachers on human development –Weekend Seminars 2016.Are you a teacher, parent or caregiver interested in nurturing creativity and helping children reach their highest potential?
Do you want to help your child develop an inner motivation to learn that is driven not by examinations, but by a love for learning?
Waldorf Association Singapore has invited international trainers from Germany and Sweden to conduct a 3-year training programme that will take place over a series of weekends. This training will give you a deeper understanding of how to be a better parent, and participants who complete all the modules will be qualified as Waldorf Educators.
This new series of seminars will give you a deep understanding of the human being as it unfolds through the critical phases of childhood—and how you can develop the intellect, feelings and inner strength to prepare them to meet the challenges of their own time and the future. Steiner’s detailed psychology of child development, described early in the 20th century, has now been supported by modern research in education and neuropsychology. By understanding your children’s developmental needs, you will be better able to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual and psychological needs, giving you the tools to be a better teacher, parent and role model.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Parents and interested individuals who wish to build a calming, creative and open home environment and culture while supporting their children’s developmental needs.
